- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This franchise is being run by a totally incompetent Manageress! On one recent occasion "Red Rooster" rang out of chicken pieces!!! Then I had to ask again for my order after 20 minutes. There are still several good staff left from the previous owner that can take simple orders and get them right - pity they aren't empowered or manage the store. Pity this new owner fails to understand what basic Customer service really means and doesn't apologise for mistakes made!
